|The latest monthly real estate statistics have been released for Pinellas County, Florida for September 2020. September’s market data shows us that sales and sale prices are up from this time last year, while inventory remains down. The average sales price for single family homes is up 19.7% year over year — now over $424,000. And, condo/townhome prices were up even more — over 31% to an average sales price of over $310,000. The number of sales were also up year over year, while the number of active homes for sale continues to decline.
